Patrick Duverger is the CIO and CTO of the Antibes city (French riviera Sophia Antipolis), in charge of the smart city transformation from IT services to technical facilities and networks. Patrick was French CIO of the year in 2023 & 2016 for the public sector. Previously, he was responsible for the HP innovation Lab of Sophia Antipolis in the technology office of the management software organization of HewlettPackard. The Sophia HP innovation lab, was offering a unique place to see end-to-end integrated demonstrations that were mapped onto real customer use cases. Before this role, Patrick Duverger was project manager for the OpenView Telco solution. He began his career in Orange labs as middleware architect for telecom solutions.
